Question: My girlfriend might have acid reflux. After a vacation, her symptoms improved. However, she ate Chinese food for lunch yesterday as she craves Chinese food every other day during the work week. Can the Chinese food be the cause of acid reflux? What foods trigger the problem? What would be the best foods for her to consume?
